Bank Operations: Custom Simulations™ created a sophisticated but easy to use spreadsheet Call Center Simulator of a very large service center for a major US Bank. This simulator automatically determined the optimal agent skill mix. The simulator is now a tool used by an independent call center design and management service.

The fastest semiconductor manufacturing Cluster Tool Performance Simulator was build by Custom Simulations™ . This Cluster tool simulator gives detailed timing charts necessary for the design of these sophisticated and expensive automatic multi-processing mini-environments. SIGMA was used to win first place in the 1999 IIE/Tefen modeling competition and also to win first place in a recent InFORMS student competition.
